Daniel C. Harkins was licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1985 and in the District of Columbia in 1986. In addition to being admitted to the bar of the Ohio Supreme Court, Dan has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the various federal Courts which have jurisdiction over Ohio, and the District of Columbia Bar. He graduated from the College of Wooster in 1982 with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Minor in Mathematics. He was awarded the Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1985 and a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University in 1986.
Dan maintains membership in various professional associations including the Ohio State Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association (Treasurer), Champaign County Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Health Law and Tax Sections).
Dan's community activities include service as Tecumseh Council, Boy Scouts of America (Past President and Vice President of Finance), Springfield Family YMCA (Past President), Junior Achievement of Clark County (Past Secretary and volunteer).
